The health benefits of singing even 10 minutes per day have been heralded in medical journals and pop media alike. Singing has proven to be a stress reducer, it is good for your mental health, and will even help your body (expanded lung capacity, anyone?). Plus, it’s fun!
We’ll sing, have a brief prayer, and then grab some lunch (if you want).
Sing with us on Wednesdays at 1.15pm in the church’s vestibule (that’s the front entrance hall you reach by climbing the steps).
