Weekly Focus on Prayer

May your constant love be with us, Lord, as we put our hope in you.

                                                                                       Psalm 33.22 (NIV)

Give thanks for God’s constant love and presence with us in sadness and joy.

Pray that we may not take our many blessings for granted but commit ourselves to live out our thanks each day.

Pray that the Holy Spirit may guide our decisions about our Lenten Appeal Projects.

Pray for the internally displaced people of Columbia (higher than Syria).

Pray also for the two million displaced people in South Sudan and the many refugees in the Democratic Republic of Congo where numbers are increased by many from the Central African Republic and Burundi.

Pray for Christian Aid workers in all these countries.
